Allergy  Tests & Consultations

All new clients requesting a colour service will require a skin test and consultation at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Clients will receive two text reminders from Fresha prior to the appointment.  I appreciate that circumstances can change, so if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please give as much notice as possible.  This allows me to offer your appointment to another client.  Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the missed appointment.  No shows will incur a fee of the full cost of the missed appointment before any future appointments can be made.

Payments 

Payments can made via debit/credit card, I also accept cash payments.  Please note that I do not accept cheques or bank transfers.

Appointments

The salon operates on an appointment only system, walk in appointments are not available. 

 

To guarantee the comfort of all my clients, I do not allow children in the salon.  Failure to follow this policy may result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and may incur a late cancellation fee.
