All new clients requesting a colour service will require a skin test and consultation at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

The salon operates on an appointment only system, walk in appointments are not available.

If you would like to book an appointment please contact me using the details below.  Text message or whatsapp are the best ways to get in touch as I'm not always able to answer the phone. 

 

Once your appointment has been booked you will receive a text message from my booking system FRESHA stating the time and date of your appointment.  You will also receive a text reminder from FRESHA one week prior to your appointment.

I appreciate that circumstances can change, so if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please give as much notice as possible.  This allows me to offer your appointment to another client.  Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will incur a fee of 50%.  Cancellations made within less than 24 hours means you will be charged the full cost of the appointment before any future appointments can be made.

Payments 

Payments can made via debit/credit card, I also accept cash payments.  Please note that I do not accept cheques or bank transfers.
